My Services
Individual Therapy
If you are looking for individual therapy, you may be…
- struggling with anxiety, depression, and the impact of trauma.
- a young adult struggling with conflict with parents as you make your way leaving the nest.
- a new parent trying to reconcile your previous identity with your new role.
- struggling with low self-esteem or self-worth.
- trying to find a balance between professional, romantic, and family life.
- struggling with a significant loss.
- trying to manage relationship distress on an individual level.
- managing the transition of an empty nest or retirement.
I have a non-judgmental approach as we uncover what you struggle with most. Whether it is making peace with past trauma or reducing daily depression or anxiety, I will work to tailor my approach to meet my client’s needs.
My method when working with individuals in therapy:
I am trained in multiple forms of therapy, including (but not limited to) Emotionally Focused Therapy [EFT}, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy [CBT], and trauma-informed, with a humanistic approach using experiential methods.
I will work with you to identify the best course of action that will meet your goals.
Because I am providing you with a service, I will check in with you and track our progress as to whether I am meeting your needs as your therapist. As with all types of therapy, finding the right fit with your therapist is essential.
