Preparing for Your First Visit:
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment.
You can wait in the waiting area at the front of the suite, and I will meet you there and bring you to my office at your appointment time.
Before your appointment, I will send you an email to invite you to the SimplePractice Client Portal.
Within the Client Portal you can complete the intake Questionnaire, the Consent for Treatment, the Notice of Privacy Practices, and any other opening paperwork electronically before your appointment.
